摘　　要：目的调研我院门诊第二类精神药品的使用情况,为促进该类药品的合理使用和管理提供参考。方法采用世界卫生组织推荐的用药频度(DDDs)和药物利用指数(DUI)等参数,对我院门诊药房2012年随机抽取的5172张第二类精神药品处方进行回顾性分析。结果我院门诊第二类精神药品使用频率较高的依次是艾司唑仑片、阿普唑仑片、氯硝西泮片;马来酸咪达唑仑片的DUI值>1,其余13种二类精神药品的DUI值均≤1。结论我院门诊第二类精神药品的应用基本合理,但仍需加强个别药品使用的监控,进一步促进其合理应用。Objective To evaluate the utilization of the second category psychotropic drugs in outpatient department of our hospital in order to provide the reference for clinical rational drug use and administration. Methods 5172 random sampling prescrip-tions of the second category psychotropic drugs at outpatient department of our hospital in 2012 were retrospectively analyzed by using parameters such as DDDs and DUI that were recommended by WHO. Results The high using frequencies of the second category psy- chotropic drugs in our hospital were Estazolam tablets, Alprazolam tablets and Clonazepam tablets. The DUI of the second category psy-chotropic drugs used in our hospital were all less than 1.0 except Midazolam maleate tablets. Conclusion The use of the second cate-gory psychotropic drugs in outpatient department of our hospital is rational. However,it is still needed to strengthen the monitoring on in-dividual drug use in order to promote the rational use of the second category psychotropic drugs.
