128层螺旋CT诊断25例机械肠梗阻分析

摘　　要：目的探讨128层螺旋CT对机械性肠梗阻位置、病因的诊断价值。方法观察25例经手术或纤维结肠镜病理证实的机械性肠梗阻患者128层螺旋CT影像资料,分析平扫、增强、MPR、MIP重建表现。结果 14例平扫病例中8例梗阻部位诊断准确,5例梗阻原因诊断准确。11例平扫+增强病例中9例梗阻部位诊断准确,8例梗阻原因诊断准确。结论128层螺旋CT扫描能明确机械性肠梗阻的梗阻位置、梗阻原因、肠壁坏死程度等客观信息,为及时合理选择治疗方案提供依据。Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of the128 slice spiral CT in determination of location and causes of mechanical ileus. Methods The 128 slice spiral CT images of 25 cases with intestinal obstruction that confirmed by operation and colonoscopy were analyzed for the plain scan, enhanced scanning, MPR and MIP reconstruction performance. Results In 14 cases of the plain scan, obstructive sites were accurately diagnosed in 8 cases, and obstructive causes were accurately diagnosed in 5 cases. In the 11 cases of the plain scan and enhanced scanning, obstructive sites were accurately diagnosed in 9 cases, and obstructive causes were accurately diagnosed in 8 cases. Conclusion The 128 layer spiral CT scan can provide information of mechanical ileus position, cause of obstruction and intestinal necrosis so that provide the basis for the timely and reasonable treatment of the disease.
