成都市健康人群UF-1000i尿沉渣生物参考区间的调查

摘　　要：目的用UF-1000i全自动尿沉渣分析仪调查成都市健康人群尿有形成分的生物参考区间。方法使用UF-1000i尿沉渣自动分析仪对四川省人民医院体检中心947名18～85岁健康人群的中段尿液标本进行检测,对检测结果进行统计分析。结果成都市健康人群UF-1000i尿液有形成分生物参考区间(单位:个/μl)为:①临床报告参数:RBC:男0～11.8,女0～22.9;WBC:男0～10.3,女0～23.3;EC:男0～5.5,女0～35.3;CAST:男0～1.75,女0～1.88;BACT:男0～24.5,女0～979.4。②研究参数其他成分:结晶:男0～0.33,女0～0.40;酵母样菌:男0.00,女0.00;小圆上皮细胞:男0～3.90,女0～4.80;病理管型:男0～0.67,女0～1.2;黏液丝:男0～0.40,女0～0.26。电导率:男3.5～33.0 ms/cm,女0.6～32.0 ms/cm。结论各实验室应依据样本采集及检测方法建立与本实验室配套的尿沉渣生物参考区间;实际应用中,女性尿沉渣生物参考区间应依据年龄进行分段设置。Objective To investigate the urine sediment biological reference intervals of healthy population in Chengdu with an UF-1000i automated urine sediment analyzer. Methods Midstream urine samples from 947 healthy people between 18-85 years old in the Sichuan Provincial People＇s Hospital Medical Center were measured with an UF-1000i urine sediment automated analyzer. The test results were statistically analyzed. Results Urine sediment biological reference intervals of healthy population in Chengdu measured with the UF-IO00i automated urine sediment analyzer（sediment/μl） were as follow：①clinical report parameters：RBC 0 - 11.8 in male and 0 - 22.9 in female ; WI3C 0 - 10. 3 in male and 0 - 23.3 in female ; EC 0 - 5.5 in male and 0 - 35.3 in female; CAST 0 - 1.75 in male and 0 - 1.88 in female, and BACT 0 - 24. 5 in male and 0 - 979.4 in female. ②The studied parameters of other parti- cles ： XTAL 0 - 0. 33 in male and 0 - 0. 40 in female ; LYC 0. 00 in male and 0. 00 in female; SRC 0 - 3.90 in male and 0 - 4. 80 in fe-male;Path. CAST 0 -0. 67 in male and 0 - 1.2 in female;MUCUS 0 -0. 40 in male and 0-0. 26 in female,and Cond 3.5-33.0 ms/ cm in male and 0. 6-32. 0 ms/cm in female. Conclusion The laboratory should establish the urine sediment biological reference inter-val based on the sample collection and measure methods. In practical application, female urine sediment biological reference intervals should be set based on age.
