在校医学生紧急医疗救援护理备灾体系应具备知识技能认同度的分析

摘　　要：目的了解医学生对紧急医疗救援护理备灾体系应具备基本知识与技能的认识,对备灾教育培训、灾害救援护士储备提供参考。方法采用问卷调查法对3所大中专182名学生,进行突发事件紧急医疗救援护理备灾体系应具备的基本知识与技能的调查。结果紧急医疗救援护理备灾体系应具备的9项基本知识得分>3.65分,依序前3项为:救援护士具备一人多专、一专多能的素质与能力,突发事件传染病的评估、预防和处理,突发事件医务人员的职业防护;15项基本技能得分>3.70分,依序前3项的是:火灾和地震的现场逃生、毒气中毒的现场救护、溺水和电击伤的初步救护。结论医学生对突发事件紧急医疗救援护理备灾体系应具备的基本知识与技能高度认可。应制定和完善统一的医学生灾害护理教育培训目标、教材、内容和考核评价体系,系统储备和提升护士的灾害救援能力。Objective To investigate the basic knowledge and skills required by the disaster preparedness nursing system in medical students, and explore the methods to improve the disaster preparedness education and training and reserve the disaster nursing talents. Methods One and eighty-two medial students from three medical schools were selected and surveyed by using self-designed questionnaires including medical students＇ knowledge and skills required by the disaster preparedness nursing system. Results Scores of nine basic knowledge items required by the disaster preparedness nursing system were over 3.65 and the top three items were the res- cuing nurses＇ comprehensive ability, the evaluation, prevention, and treatment of emergent infectious diseases and the medical staff＇s pro- tection in emergency. Scores of 15 basic skill items required were over 3.70 and the top three were the escaping skills from fire and earthquakes, the field treatment of gas poisoning and the primary treatment in drowning and electrical injuries. Conclusion The knowl-edge and skills required by the disaster preparedness nursing system were highly recognized in the medical students. A clear and com-plete goal and evaluation system related to disaster preparedness should be set up to raise the comprehensive nursing rescue level.
