益气活血安胎中药对异种皮肤移植急性排斥反应的影响

摘　　要：目的研究益气活血安胎中药对异种皮肤移植急性排斥反应的抑制作用。方法以SD大鼠为供体,昆明小鼠为受体,建立异种异体皮肤移植模型。术后将小鼠分为中药组、阳性对照组和阴性对照组,分别以中药醇提取物、醋酸地塞米松溶液和生理盐水灌胃,记录移植皮片的存活时间和存活情况,于移植后第5天和第10天取移植皮肤行病理切片。结果与阴性对照组相比,中药组和阳性对照组急性排斥反应明显较轻,移植皮片平均存活率和存活时间明显延长(P<0.05)。结论益气活血安胎中药对异种异体皮肤移植的急性排斥反应可产生有效的抑制作用,减少炎性细胞浸润,延长皮片存活时间。Objective To observe the inhibition effect of Yiqihuoxueantai recipe on acute rejection from heterogeneous skin grafts. Methods The acute rejection was induced by heterogeneous allogeneic skin transplantation model in which SD rats as donors and Kunming mice as receptors, heterogeneous allogeneie skin transplantation mice was divided into Chinese recipe group, positive control group（dexamethasone acetate） and negative control group（saline） ,observe survival time and survival condition of transplantation piece on the fifth clay and the tenth day after transplantation,and pathological slice was also observed and compared. Results Acute rejection reaction in Chinese recipe group and dexamethasone group was obviously lighter and relieved compared with negative con trol group, the average survival rate and survival time of transplanted skin significantly extend（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Yiqihuoxueantai recipe has obvious inhibitory effect on the acute rejection of heterogeneous allogeneic skin transplantation.
