减摩减扭技术在深井套(磨)铣作业中的应用

摘  要:目前,深井、大位移井、水平井技术已成为油田重要增产手段,广泛应用在陆地和海上平台。而在这些井套铣、磨铣作业时经常出现摩阻扭矩过大,导致套管磨损甚至钻具疲劳断裂。因此,如何有效的降低扭矩,提高套铣、磨铣效率成为了一个不容忽视的问题,尤其是在修井机设备和动力限制的条件下进行的深井、大位移井、水平井修井作业中更应加以重视。介绍了适用于深井、大位移井、水平井等的套铣、磨铣作业的减摩减扭技术,即采用新型减扭接头配合高效修井液体系。从BZ25-1A1深井修井现场应用结果表明,该减摩减扭技术使用效果良好,提高了套铣、磨铣修井作业效率,安全可靠经济效益明显,有着广阔的应用前景,值得推广。At present,deep well,extented reach well,horizontal well technology has become an important means of increasing oil yield widely used in both onshore and offshore platforms.In these wells milling,grinding milling operations it often induced excessive friction and torque,resulted in casing wear out even fatigue fracture of the drill pipe.Therefore,how to effectively reduce torque and improve the efficiency of milling,grinding milling has become a serious problem that can not be ignored,especially in the workover rig equipment and power restriction conditions,the workover operations in these wells should be emphasized.The technique is suitable for deep well,extented reach well,horizontal well milling, grinding milling operations by reducing friction and twisted torque technique,namely by using the new anti-friction joints and high-efficient mud system with lubrication performances.The application results show that the technique can improve the efficiency of milling operations,and is safety,reliability obvious with economic benefits.
