螺旋气锚螺杆结构优化的PIV(粒子图像测速)试验研究

摘  要:为了优化螺旋气锚螺杆的结构,提高螺旋气锚的气液分离效率,利用PIV(粒子图像测速)对不同结构螺杆螺旋气锚顶部螺旋流场进行了测试,提取了同一位置处螺旋气锚顶部螺旋流场中的旋流速度,并进行比较。建立室内螺旋气锚气液分离效率评价装置,对不同气液比条件下,不同结构螺杆螺旋气锚的气液分离效率进行测试。将所测试的螺旋气锚顶部的旋流速度与气液分离效率进行对比分析,优化螺旋气锚的螺杆结构。结果显示,等双螺距和变螺距螺杆螺旋气锚顶部轴向旋转速度分布曲线形状基本相似,总体上变螺距螺杆螺旋气锚顶部旋转速度比等螺距的大,变螺距螺杆螺旋气锚顶部轴向旋转速度梯度比等螺距的大。等双螺距螺杆螺旋气锚顶部旋转速度比单螺纹螺杆螺旋气锚的大。在相同流量及气液比条件下,变螺距金属螺杆气锚气液分离效率总体上最高。To optimize the structure of screw of spiral gas anchor and improve the efficiency of gas and fluid separation of the spiral gas anchor,PIV was used to test the spiral flow field on the top of gas anchor of different structural screws of the gas anchors,the spiral flowing velocity on the top of gas anchors in the same location was extracted and compared.An apparatus for its gas-liquid separation was developed for laboratory test,under the condition of different gasfluid ratios,the gas-liquid separation efficiency of the gas anchors with different structures was tested.The detected gasfluid separation velocity on the top of anchor was compared with gas-liquid separation efficiency,it was used to optimize its structure.The result shows that the curve shape of axial rotation speed of double pitch and the top of spiral gas anchor of variable pitch screw is basically the same,typically,the rotating speed and the velocity gradient of variable pitch spiral gas anchor on the top is faster than uniform pitch,and the rotating speed of double pitch screw spiral gas anchor on the top is larger than that of single threaded screw spiral gas anchor.The efficiency is the highest of gas and liquid separation with varying thread pitch metal screw gas anchor at the same conditions of flow rate and gas-liquid ratio.
