摘 要:针对平房仓常用的"U"型和"圭"型机械通风系统,在热湿传递偏微分方程的基础上,根据局部热质平衡原理,建立通风冷却干燥过程中粮堆内热湿耦合传递数学模型.以高大平房仓为例,建立不同机械通风系统下通风冷却过程中粮仓的三维物理模型;以相同的送风空气量为入口边界条件,进行计算流体动力学数值模拟,分别从通风50 h后的压力场、温度场和能量损失3个方面对比研究了两种不同机械通风系统的特点.A mathematical model for combined thermal and moisture transfer in grain bulk in ventilation cooling and drying process was constructed for a common U-shaped and Gui-shaped mechanical ventilation system of a horizontal warehouse according to local heat and mass balance principle based on partial differential equations for thermal and moisture transfer. Taking a large horizontal warehouse as an example, a three-dimensional physical model of the warehouse in the ventilation cooling process under different mechanical ventilation systems was constructed; and numerical simulation of computational fluid dynamics was carried out by taking the same blowing air volume as inflow boundary condition to study and compare the characteristics of the two different mechanical ventilation systems from pressure field, temperature field and energy loss after ventilation for 50 hours.
