摘　　要：通信保障是信息化条件下联合作战顺利实施的关键因素。介绍了层次分析法和模糊综合评估法的相关概念和评估步骤,并利用层次分析法构建了系统指标体系,最后应用模糊综合评估法对联合作战通信保障效能进行了定性和定量的评估,评估结果表明指标体系设计合理科学。The communication security is a key factor in successful implementation of joint operations under the condition of information warfare.It introduces the related concepts of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and evaluation steps, constructs the index system using the analytic hierarchy process, and make use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to evaluate effectiveness on communication surpport of joint operation effectiveness by quantitative and qualitative methods. The evaluation result shows that all indexes are scientific and rational.
