摘　　要：我们党和国家历来高度重视少数民族非物质文化遗产的保护工作,并取得了显著成绩。现阶段,少数民族非物质文化遗产的保护和发展工作遇到了一些新情况和新问题。这就需要加大法律保护的力度,促进少数民族非物质文化遗产保护工作健康发展。The protection of intangible cultural heritage of ethnic minorities has been emphasizing in China. At present, there are existing some new problems in the protection and development of intangible cultural heritage of ethnic minorities, which requires legal protection to promote the ethnic minority intangible cultural heritage protection
