我国管理教育研究的主题焦点与发展取向——基于学术论文的内容分析  

The Focus and Developing Trends of the Research on Management Education in China——A Content Analysis Based on Academic Papers

摘　　要：以1992-2012年期间我国62本重要学术期刊刊载的248篇主要管理教育研究论文为依据,采用内容分析法对我国管理教育研究的演进进行梳理,可见其研究焦点是:人才培养模式、教学方法、国外管理教育、具体课程教学、发展战略与规划、实践教学、质量评价与保障、管理教育原理等。管理教育教与学、发展战略与规划、民办管理教育等是未来我国管理教育研究的发展取向。The structural cluster analysis and content analysis method are adopted to make a diachronic division of management education development in accordance with 248 major papers on management education study pub- lished in 62 major academic periodicals from 1992 to 2012. The study focuses, including talents training mode, teaching method, overseas management educations, specific course teaching, development strategy and planning, practical teaching, quality evaluation and security, principles of management education, etc. are analyzed in this paper. The theme trends of management education study （teaching and learning, development strategy and plan- ning , private education）are hereby discussed.
