摘　　要：目的研究CT增强检查造影剂外渗的护理。方法回顾性分析28例CT增强检查造影剂外渗患者的临床资料。结果 19例造影剂轻度外渗的患者未处理或稍做处理均在3 d内痊愈,9例较重造影剂外渗的患者经处理均在3 d内痊愈。结论 CT增强检查造影剂外渗后护理,有利于预后。Objective To study the CT enhancement of contrast extravasation of nursing. Methods 28 eases were retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of CT enhanced the contrast agent extravasation patient. Re- sults of 19 patients contrast mild extravasation of untreated or slightly do handle all healed within 3 days, 9 cases of patients treated the heavier the contrast agent extravasation were healed conclusion within 3 days. Con- clusion CT enchances the inspection of contrast agent extravasation,which is helpful for prognosis.
