中医药治疗偏头痛的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察中医药治疗偏头痛的临床疗效。方法偏头痛患者31例,均采取中药治疗,观察其治疗效果。结果 1个疗程后,31例患者中治愈6例(19.4%),显效13例(41.9%),有效8例(25.8%),无效4例(12.9%),总有效率为87.1%。结论中医药治疗偏头痛效果显著,治疗费用低,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the cnilical effect of traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of migraine. Methods 31 cases patients with migraine were given treatment of traditional Chinese medlcine, and observed the cnilical effect. Resuits After a course of treatment, among 31 cases patients, cured 6 cases （ 19.4% ）, markedly effective 13 cases （41.9%）, effective 8 cases （25.8%） ,ineffective 4 cases （ 12.9% ）, the total effective rate was 87.1%. Conclusion Traditional Chi- nese medicine treatment of migraine is significantly effective, low cost of treatment, and worthy of clinical application.
