痰热清联合氟康唑治疗白色念珠菌肺炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察痰热清联合氟康唑治疗白色念珠菌肺炎的临床疗效。方法将86例白色念珠菌肺炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各43例。对照组予氟康唑治疗,治疗组予痰热清联合氟康唑治疗。观察2组临床疗效和不良反应情况。结果治疗组总有效率为93.0%高于对照组的69.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组未见明显不良反应。结论痰热清联合氟康唑治疗白色念珠菌肺炎临床疗效显著,安全性好,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Tanreqing combined with fluconazole in the teratment of candida albieans pneumonia. Methods 86 cases patients with candida albieans pneumonia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each of 43 cases. Control group were treated with fluconazole, and treatment group were treated with Tanreqing combined with fluconazole. Observed the clinical effect and adverse reaction of 2 groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment group （93.0%） was higher than that of control group（09.8% ）, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.01 ） ;there was no adverse reaction in treatment group. Conclusion Tanreqing combined fluconazole in treatment of candida albicans pneumonia is effective, and safety, and worthy of clinical application.
