摘　　要：广西村民自治在不断发展完善的同时固有的矛盾越来越突出，也产生了许多新的问题和困境。经济发展滞后带来的村民自治内生性的经济支撑缺失．村支两委之间的矛盾）中突、农民合作组织发展对传统村治权力结构的冲击，农村农民党员严重老化、青年外出务工导致农村政治精英流失等方面的问题目益明显。严重影响了村民自治制度的良性、健康发展。During the developing process, the inherent contradictions of the villager autonomy institu- tion in Guangxi become increasingly prominent, while many new problems and difficulties come into being. Economic development is lagging behind, which brings endogenous economic support deletion for the autonomy of villagers; the conflict between the two village committees and the development of farmers＇ cooperative organizations impact severely on traditional village＇s power structure; because of rural Party members aging problems, and the youth migrants trend, rural political elite loss and other issues become more and more obvious, and seriously affects the development of village autonomous system.
