规范化康复训练对提高再植指功能的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨规范化康复训练对提高再植指功能恢复的应用及效果.方法 选取2011年断指再植106例患者为对照组,按照断指再植常规护理进行康复训练,观察组为2012年断指再植患者112例,通过设立康复护理专科小组,应用康复训练路径,改进康复训练的方法、时机、频次和强度,并追踪随访,建立出院患者数据库,QQ群信息沟通平台等措施.结果 观察组在术后3个月能够随访到患者110例（98.12％）,按医嘱定期复查101例（90.17％）,手功能评定优良83例（82.17％）.术后6个月能够随访到患者109例（97.32％）,按医嘱定期复查98例（87.50％）,手功能评定优良87例（88.77％）,均高于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论 通过实施科学、持续及阶段性的规范化康复训练,有效促进再植指的功能恢复,减少残疾.Objective To explore the effect of standardized rehabilitation in improving the function of replanted finger-s.Methods 106 cases with replanted fingers in 2011 （control group） were cared according to routine rehabilitation training.112 cases with replanted fingers in 2012 （test group） were cared according to standardized rehabilitation including organizing rehabilitation care specialist team,applying rehabilitation training paths,improving methods,timing,frequency and intensity of rehabilitation,and establishing a database and QQ group communication platform for follow-up discharged patients.Results In test group,110 cases （98.12％） were followed up,101 cases （90.17％） were reviewed with orders,83 cases （82.17％） had excellent hand function assessment 3 months after surgery; 109 cases （97.32％） were followed up,98 cases （87.50％）were reviewed with orders,87 cases （88.77％） had excellent hand function assessment 6 months after surgery.All these indexes were better than those in control group （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusions Scientific,continuous and periodic standardized rehabilitation can effectively promote functional recovery of replanted fingers and reduce disability.
