医用三氧自血治疗不良反应的因素分析及防范措施

摘　　要：目的 探讨医用三氧基本自血疗法（MAH）的安全应用.方法 将2008年9月至2009年3月行MAH治疗的714例次患者设为对照组,总结分析对照组患者MAH治疗中出现的11例次不良反应的影响因素,有针对性地改善护理措施.将2009年4月至2011年3月行MAH治疗的3816例次患者设为观察组,观察加强护理后不良反应发生的情况.结果 观察组发生不良反应2例次（0.052％）,对照组11例次（1.54％）,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 针对MAH治疗不良反应的影响因素,加强和改善护理措施,能确保MAH疗法的安全应用.Objective To investigate the application safety of medical ozone major autohemotherapy （MAH）.Methods 714 cases of tumor patients treated by MAH from September 2008 to March 2009 were enrolled as controls in the study.The influencing factors of 11 cases that had adverse reaction were analyzed and summarized.Nursing measurres were improved accordingly.3816 cases were enrolled in the observation group from April 2009 March 2011 The adverse reactions after improving nursing measures were observed.Results 2 cases of the observation group and 11 cases of the control group occurred adverse reactions,with a statistical difference（P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusiors Enhancing and improving nursing measures in accordance with the influence factors of the adverse reaction of MAH can make sure that MAH is safely applied.
