摘  要:以无水AlCl3为催化剂、1-十二烯为原料,采用高温溶剂回流和溶液聚合法合成一种低黏度聚α-烯烃合成油(PAO)。通过考察催化剂用量、反应温度、反应时间对1-十二烯转化率、PAO收率以及产物分布的影响,确定最佳工艺条件为:AlCl3添加量(w)1.0%,反应时间2h,反应温度110℃。在最佳工艺条件下,1-十二烯转化率为93%,溶剂损失率为15%左右,PAO收率为83%左右,产品PAO的运动黏度(100℃)为6.80mm2/s左右、黏度指数为151左右、倾点为-43℃、开口闪点为240℃,是一种低黏度、高黏度指数、低倾点、高闪点的聚α-烯烃合成润滑油基础油,产品主要由二聚体、三聚体、四聚体以及少量的五聚体组成。该工艺具有较好的实验重复性。The low viscosity PAO was synthesized through the oligomerization of 1-dodecene with aluminum trichloride as catalyst by high temperature solvent reflux and solution polymerization. The effect of reaction conditions, such as mass fractions of the catalyst, reaction temperature and reaction time on the conversion rate of raw material, yields, quality and component distribution of PAO were examined. It is found that the optimum conditions are A1C13 mass fraction 1%, reaction temperature of 110 ℃and reaction time of 2 h for the reaction system. Under the optimum conditions, the conversion rate is 93G, the yield 830./oo, the solvent loss 15G and a low pour point and high flash point of PAO syn- thetic lubricant with the kinetic viscosity of 6.80 mm2/s at 100℃, the viscosity index 151, the pour point --43 ℃, the flash point 240 ℃ are obtained. The chromatographic analysis indicate that the pro duced PAO consists of a large part of dimer, trimer,tetramer and a small part of pentamer. The same results are repeatedly obtained for 3 times experiments.
