摘　　要：总结12例新生儿红斑狼疮的护理经验。护理重点为及早发现和处理心脏损害,密切观察和处理血液系统损害,动态监测胆红素和肝功能,加强皮肤护理、预防感染,做好合理喂养及出院随访。随访6个月内12例患儿免疫学检查结果,心脏损害已逐步恢复,其中9例皮肤狼疮损害于随访6个月后消退,3例于随访1年后消退。This paper summarizes the nursing care of 12 infants with neonatal lupus erythematosus. The key points in nursing were early diagnosis and treatment of heart damage, close observation and treatment of hematologic disorders, dynamic monitoring bilirubin levels and liver function, intensive skin care, prevention of infections, proper feeding and follow-up after discharge. The autoantibodies turned out negative and cardiac abnormalities improved gradually within 6 months follow-up in all patients. The cutaneous lesions disappeared within 6 months in 9 infants and within 12 months in 3 infants.
