改良查对方法在儿科静脉输液操作中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的观察改良的查对方法在儿科静脉输液操作查对中的应用效果,探索更为安全、规范的静脉输液操作查对模式。方法选取2010年6月至2012年6月我院门诊输液患儿113366例,随机分为试验组(n=56558)和对照组(n=56808)。对照组输液操作查对方法为"三查七对",即:操作前中后,查对床号、姓名、药名、剂量、浓度、时间、用法;试验组输液操作查对方法为"三查七对两确认",它是在常规"三查七对"的基础上增加了请患儿家长参与医疗查对的环节,即在查对过程中请患儿家长对患儿的姓名及用药进行确认,并在患儿输液登记本上签字。观察并记录两组患儿的例数、年龄、性别、操作时间、不良事件例数。结果试验组输液操作时间稍长于对照组,总输液例数略少于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组不良事件发生例数及不良事件发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 "三查七对两确认"改良的查对方法提高了儿科静脉输液的查对效果,保障了患儿的静脉输液安全,降低了儿科静脉输液不良事件发生率,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective To evaluate the effect of applying a new checking method in pediatric intravenous infusion, in order to explore a safer and more standardized checking method. Methods Totally 113366 pediatric patients were recruited from outpatient department from June 2010 to June 2012. They were randomly divided into two groups. The routine checking method was used in the control group. In addition, the parents were asked to participate in the checking process and signed in the infusion form in the experimental group. The infusion operation time and the incidence of adverse events were recorded. Results The incidence of adverse events in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P〈O.05）. Conclusions The new checking method can improve the efficacy of check, guarantee the safety of children with intravenous infusion and reduce the incidence of adverse events. It is worth to be used widely in clinical application.
