摘　　要：综述了近年来国内外芽孢杆菌(Bacillus)作为饲用益生菌的研究与应用概况,总结了芽孢杆菌在动物体内的分布、转移、代谢过程及作用机理,介绍了芽孢杆菌在动物养殖方面的应用,概述了饲用芽孢杆菌的安全性问题.并对芽孢杆菌作为饲料添加剂存在的问题及发展前景进行了讨论,提出加强高效、安全功能菌株的选育,加强芽孢杆菌和其他益生菌的联合使用研究及制定相关的检验、生产标准是促进饲用芽孢杆菌广泛应用的有效途径.This paper reviewed the recent research and application of Bacillus probiotics in animal breeding, and summarized the germination, proliferation, the resistance to intestinal fluids, the colonization and the dissemination of the spores in the animal抯 gut. It also discussed the safety issues concerning the usage of Bacillus species i？n feed industry, as well as the problems and future of Bacillus as feeding additives. Based on the review, we suggested screening of more effective functional microbes, researching of combined using with other bacterial probiotics, as well as establishing of testing and production standards as the key to promote wide application of Bacillus probiotics.
