摘　　要：近年官场小说权力叙事中的焦虑状态引人瞩目,并突出地以一种"错位的焦虑"呈现,它是社会转型期的症候反应,既表现为传统权术文化与现代政治文化的融合,也表现为权力与利益所展开的恶性角逐,这种权力叙事的书写显示出官场小说尚缺乏深邃的人性关怀。The state of anxiety in recent years＇ officialdom novels is dramatic, and appears as misplaced anxiety. It was the symtom of recent social conditions. The malposition-anxiety characterized by the integration of traditional political tactics and modern political culture, and also characterized by the malignant competition between the Dower and interests.
