摘　　要：介绍了日常工程施工及设计过程中一般凝结时间的确定方法,在此基础上,探讨了水泥和水泥凝结时间的测定过程,并对二者进行了对比,得出用水泥的初终凝时间不能代表水泥混凝土的凝结时间的结论。The paper introduces general setting time determination methods in engineering construction and design process, explores and compares the cement and cement setting time determination process, and concludes that ： the initial and finally setting time of the cement can＇ t replace the setting time of cement concrete.
