一体化框架下的配电网智能运行维护系统研究

摘　　要：随着配电设施设备的增多以及对用电安全监控要求的提升,迫切需要提高对各种设备的监控力度和监控数据的综合运用分析能力,提高各个业务系统的协同工作能力。为此,在一体化框架下对配电网业务需求进行分析,完成从业务功能到技术功能的映射,设计出一种配电网智能运行维护系统,以实现对配电系统及设备生产运行信息的全景监视和分析,提高设备运行维护管理水平,提升生产业务的工作协作效率。With increase of distribution facilities and equipments and improvement of monitoring requirement for electric safety, it is urgent to improve monitoring dynamics for various equipments, comprehensive applying and analyzing abilities on monitoring data and cooperative working abilities of various business systems. Therefore, this paper analyzes business re- quirements for distribution network with integrated framework, completes mapping from business function to technology function and designs a kind of intelligent operation and maintenance system of the distribution network in order to realize full view supervision and analysis on distribution system and production run information of equipment, improve operation maintenance management level and promote working cooperation efficiency of business of producing.
