摘  要:将实时数字仿真仪(real time digital simulator,RTDS)与继电保护装置相连进行闭环测试,可定量分析和检查保护装置在各种工况下的识别能力及保护的动态动作特性,解决了传统动态模拟试验在某些特定工况下不能定量分析保护动作特性的问题。构建了基于RTDS的线路保护、变压器保护柔性检测平台,介绍了该平台的总体结构和试验场景基本架构的设计,并通过数字动态模拟试验验证了该平台能满足检测要求,既可实现常规试验项目,又可完成针对线路保护的系统振荡、功率倒向、弱馈,以及针对变压器保护的励磁涌流、有载调压等特殊试验,可对不同厂家、不同型号的保护装置进行检测。This paper discusses closed loop testing for connection of real-time digital simulator and relay protection device which is aimed at realizing quantitative analysis and check on recognition capability of protection device under various work- ing conditions and dynamic action characteristic of protection. The testing can solve the problem of traditional dynamic sim- ulation test being unable to proceed quantitative analysis on protection action characteristic under some particular working conditions. It introduces construction of flexible detection platform for line protection and transformer protection based on RTDS. It introduces design of the overall structure of this platform and basic architecture of the test scenario. By digital dy- namic simulation test it verifies that this platform is able to satisfy detection requirements which is not only to realize routine test projects but also to complete special tests including system oscillation, power swinging and weak feedback aiming at line protection and excitation surge current or on-load voltage regulation aiming at transformer protection. In addition, it veri- fies that this platform is able to detect different typed protection devices of different manufacturer~.
