骨性关节炎全膝关节置换术后并发症的预防性护理体会

摘　　要：目的探讨骨性关节炎行全膝关节置换术后常见并发症的原因及护理要点。方法对32例行全膝关节置换术的骨性关节炎患者的护理方法进行回顾分析。结果所有患者手术过程顺利,术后予精心护理后手术效果较满意,1例出现表浅切口感染,3例出现术后疼痛,3例出现关节僵硬,无深静脉血栓形成及假体松动等并发症发生。结论人工膝关节置换术后行有效的护理能明显减少各种术后并发症的发生,还能保证手术效果,同时有利于患肢功能恢复、提高患者生活质量。Objective To explore causes of postoperative complications and nursing points for osteoarthritis patients with total knee joint replacement. Methods Nursing methods of 32 os- teoarthritis patients underwent total knee joint replacement were analyzed retrospectively. Results All patients underwent surgery successfully, and the efficacy of surgery was satisfactory. One pa- tient had superficial wound infection, 3 patients had postoperative pain, and 3 patients had joint stiffness. No complications such as deep venous thrombosis and prosthesis loosening were observed. Conclusion Implementation of effective nursing for osteoarthritis patients with total knee joint re- placement can significantly reduce the incidence of various complications and ensure the efficacy of surgery, and meanwhile it is also benefit for functional rehabilitation of injured limbs and improve- ment of quality of life.
