摘　　要：构建一个面向工程项目群各参与方、兼容性高的信息系统是解决项目管理群建设过程中信息孤岛问题的关键。针对信息集成对工程项目群信息管理系统的功能需求,构建了工程项目群信息集成的总体框架,并以工作流管理系统参考模型为原型,设计了工程项目群工作流管理系统模型。基于这一模型开发的管理系统是集管理自动化和信息化为一体的网络管理系统,能够促进工程项目群各参与方在项目群建设过程中的相互沟通、信息交换与相互协调,可为信息集成提供有力的支撑平台。Building a high compatibility of information systems for each party involved in a construction programme is the key to solve the information island during the process of project construction. The framework of information integration for construction pro- gramme is designed considering the functional requirements of workflow management system for construction programme with information integration. And then a workflow management system of construction programme is devoloped based on the workflow reference model of WfMC. The management system based on this model is an automation and information management system, which can promote mutual communication, information exchange and coordination among the parties in the project construction process and provide a powerful support platform for information integration.
