归辛胶囊对小鼠镇痛作用及大鼠偏头痛模型的研究

摘　　要：目的研究复方制剂归辛胶囊的镇痛、缓解头痛作用。方法小鼠72只随机分为6组,每组12只,分别为模型组、去痛片组、正天丸组、归辛胶囊低、中、高剂量组,分别采用热板法及醋酸扭体法,以痛阈值和扭体次数为观测指标,研究归辛胶囊对小鼠的镇痛作用。大鼠60只随机分为6组,每组10只,分别为空白组、模型组、正天丸组、归辛胶囊低、中、高剂量组,以挠头次数为指标,对硝酸甘油诱导的大鼠偏头痛模型进行行为学观察。结果归辛胶囊中剂量组连续给药12 d痛阈提高百分率最大,为59.7%;与模型组相比,归辛胶囊低剂量组及中剂量组能显著减少小鼠扭体反应的次数(P<0.01);且归辛胶囊中剂量组较模型组相比能明显减少硝酸甘油诱导的大鼠偏头痛模型的挠头次数(P<0.01)。结论归辛胶囊具有明显的镇痛、缓解头痛作用,为临床治疗偏头痛提供实验数据。Objective To research the effects of compound preparation Guixin Capsule in analgesia and relieve headache. Methods 72 mice were randomly divided into 6 groups, each group had 12 mice, namely model group, Qutong Tablet group, Zhengtian Pill group, Guixin Capsule low, medium and high dose groups. The test was studied on analgesic activity in mice, using hot-plate method and the method writhing induced by acetic acid, then pain threshold and writhing were taken as ob-servation index. 60 rats were randomly divided into 6 groups, each group had 10 rats, namely the blank group, model group, Zhengtian Pill group, Guixin Capsule low, medium and high dose groups. Praxeology was observed in rat induced by nitro-glycerin and used the number of scratching heads as observation index. Results The maximum pain threshold elevation per-centage （59.7%） appeared in the 12th day during successive administration in Guixin Capsule medium dose group. Compared with the model group, Guixin Capsule low dose group and medium dose group showed obvious effect on reducing the number of mice writhing that caused by acetic acid-induced pain （P 〈 0.01）; Guixin Capsule medium dose group can reduce the number of rat sctatching head obviously, that the migraine induced by nitroglycerin （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Guixin Capsule has obvious analgesic effect and relieving migraine. It provides experimental data for clinical treatment.
