摘 要:左手材料的研究是近年来的科研热点.电磁波在左手材料中的传播特性成为研究的主要方向之一.给出了柱坐标系下冷等离子体模型左手材料改进后的时域有限(FDTD)差分格式.利用得到的FDTD差分格式数值计算了不同厚度、不同折射率冷等离子体模型左手材料分别部分填充同轴线后TE模的归一化截止波数,并与正常材料部分填充进行比较.结果显示:左手材料部分填充同轴线后,其TE模截止波数随填充厚度和折射率绝对值的增大而增大,与正常材料填充的结果正好相反.展示了左手材料具有奇异的电磁特性,为左手材料的研究提供数据基础.In recent years, the left-handed materials are so widely studied in scientific research so that its radio-wave propagational characteristics become an important problem. This paper presents the improvement of difference scheme of FDTD for calculating cold plasma model of left-handed materials in cylindrical coordinate system. The normalized cut-off wavenumber of TE-mode of the coaxial line filled with cold plasma model of left-handed materials with different thickness, different refractive index is calculated by FDTD method, and a result of comparison with the normal material partially filled is given. The result shows: after the cold plasma model of left-handed materials partly filled in the coaxial line, the normalized cut-off wavenumber of TE-mode is increased along with the increasing thickness and refractive index absolute value of left-handed materials, the result of the normal materials filling is in the opposite. The fantastic electromagnetic characteristics of left- handed materials is showed, and provides the data base for studying left-handed materials.
