摘 要:血脑屏障及血瘤屏障的存在,严重阻碍了化疗药物进入脑胶质瘤组织中发挥抗癌药效。但近年来,随着对肿瘤认知的深入以及实验手段的发展,越来越多的脑胶质瘤靶向药物递送系统已经建立,用于提高肿瘤杀伤效果。基于脑胶质瘤微环境、脑胶质瘤脉管系统等特异的生理、病理特征,本文综述了具有不同脑胶质瘤靶向策略的药物递送系统,如一级靶向、二级靶向及双靶向等,并展望了包括肿瘤微环境响应靶向在内的其他药物递送系统。The blood-brain barrier and blood-brain tumor barrier at the glioma region prevent the penetration of chemotherapeutics. Recently, with the in-depth knowledge of the tumor as well as the development of experimental methods, more and more glioma targeting drug delivery systems have been established. This review focuses on the glioma targeting strategies based on its unique pathological features including one-order targeting, two-order targeting, dual targeting and microenvironment-responsive targeting.
