摘  要:目的探讨盐酸头孢替安的水分测定方法。方法应用干燥失重法及费休氏滴定法,以甲酰胺-无水甲醇(2∶1)与无水甲醇分别作为溶剂进行水分测定。结果通过实验比较,采用干燥失重法方法测定的结果明显低于费休氏滴定法测定的结果,且用无水甲醇和甲酰胺-无水甲醇(2∶1)为溶剂测得结果无显著性差异,但盐酸头孢替安粉针剂采用费休氏滴定法辅料干扰很大。结论原料采用费休氏滴定法,溶剂采用无水甲醇,粉针剂采用干燥失重法,避免了制剂中辅料碳酸钠的干扰。Objective To investigate a moisture detecting method for cefotiam hydrochloride. Method Vaccum drying method and Fischer's method were applied for determination of moisture content of cefotiam hydrochloride. Formamide-anhydrous methanol (2:1 ) and anhydrous methanol were used as solvent. Results Acording to comparison, the result of vaccum drying method was significantly lower than that of Fischer's method. The two solvents had no significant difference on the result, however, the resuh of the cefotiam hydrochloride powder for injection by Fischer's method was seriously affected. Conclusion The Fischer's method is better for cefotiam bulk drugs with anhydrous methanol as the solvent, and vaccum drying method is better for the cefotiam hydrochloride powder for injection to avoid the interaction of natronite.
