摘　　要：目的总结空心螺钉固定结合自体松质骨移植治疗Jones骨折不愈合的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析临县人民医院于2007年1月至2012年1月间收治的6例Jones骨折不愈合患者的病历资料。结果所有患者均得到随访，随访时间9～24个月，平均13个月，术后8个月根据Maryland足部功能评分标准，优4例，良2例。结论空心螺钉固定结合自体松质骨移植治疗Jones骨折不愈合，固定可靠，愈合率高，是治疗Jones骨折不愈合的有效方法。Objective To summarize the clinical effect of the surgical treatment of Jones fracture nonunions. Methods Six patients who suffered from Jones fracture nonunions and had been treated by intramedullary screw fixation with autologous bone graft were retrospectively studied in people＇ s hospital of Linxian from Jan. 2007 to Jan. 2012. Results All 6 patients were followed up, 8 months was on average. No complication was found, such as nonunion infection, loosening or breakage of the inter- nal fixator. According to Maryland scoring, the results were excellent in 4 cases, good in 2 cases. Conclusions Jones fracture nonunions treated by intramedullary screw fixation with autologous bone graft is reliable and effective.
