综合护理法在脊柱结核手术患者中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理法在脊柱结核手术患者中的应用效果及临床意义。方法对照组（15例）脊柱结核手术患者采用常规护理方法；观察组（15例）脊柱结核手术患者采用术前心理支持、肢体功能行动训练、术后预防并发症等综合护理措施。比较两组患者治疗期间最早下床时间、切口愈合时间、肢体周径、疼痛指数及不良事件发生率。结果两组最早下床时间、切口愈合时间、肢体周径、疼痛指数比较，差异均有统计学意义（t=5．21、5．33、6．12、5．66，P均〈0．05）；两组不良事件发生率比较，差异有统计学意义（x2=6．34，P〈0．05）。结论综合护理法应用于脊柱结核手术患者中具有康复快，不良事件少等优点。Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive application of nursing in pa- tients with spinal tuberculosis in operation and its clinical significance. Methods Thirty patients with spinal tuberculosis operation were selected. Fifteen cases （control group） received conventional methods, 15 cases （observation group） received preoperative psychological support, prevention of nursing compli- cations and postoperative limb function training. The first bed time, wound healing time, limb circumfer- ence, pain index and the incidence rate of adverse events between the two groups were cempared. Re- suits There were significant differences in first bed time, wound healing time, limb circumference, pain index between the two groups （t =5.21, 5.33, 6. 12, 5.66, all P 〈0.05）. There also was significant difference in the incidence of adverse events between the two groups （ X2 = 6. 34, P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclu- sions The comprehensive nursing method has advantages of rapid recovery and fewer adverse events on spinal tuberculosis operation.
