摘　　要：目的总结糖尿病视网膜病变的社区护理指导措施，探讨社区护理对糖尿病视网膜病变患者生活质量的影响。方法选取日照市人民医院管辖范围内的、在医疗社区登记注册的17例糖尿病视网膜病变患者为研究对象，在社区对其实施全方位的护理指导（认知指导、心理指导、饮食指导、行为指导）6个月，分析糖尿病视网膜病变的影响因素及预防措施，对比社区护理指导前后患者的血糖控制及治疗有效率的变化。结果社区护理指导6个月后，患者的血糖得到了有效控制，临床治疗有效率得到明显提高。结论社区护理是预防和控制糖尿病视网膜病变发生发展的有效手段，可以降低糖尿病视网膜病变的发生率及延缓病情的进展，提高患者的生活质量。Objective To summarize the measures of community care for diabetic retinopathy patients, and to investigate the effect of community care on life quality of patients with diabetic retinopa- thy. Methods Seventeen with diabetic retinopathy registered in the communities under the administra- tion in Rizhao people＇ s hospital as the research objects, patients had kept attending full range of hospital outpatient clinics including cognitive guidance, psychological guidance, dietary guidance and behavior guidance for 6 months. The influencing factors and preventive measures of diabetic retinopathy were ana- lyzed, and the changes of glycemic control in patients and the change of treatment efficiency before the guidance of community care and after that was centrasted. Results The patients＇ blood sugar had been controlled effectively and there was significant enhancement of treatment after 6 months of community care guidance. Conclusions Community care as an effective measure for prevention and control of diabetic retinopathy, can reduce the incidence of diabetic retinopathy and delay the progression of the disease, so the patients＇ life quality will be improved.
