摘　　要：目的总结老年骨折患者的临床整体护理体会。方法对197例老年骨折患者入院时、术前及术后不同阶段实施有针对性的整体护理。结果192例（97．46％）老年骨折患者经住院治疗、精心护理后取得满意效果顺利出院。结论针对老年骨折患者的特点，加强临床整体护理，能够调动老年骨折患者战胜疾病的能动作用，从而达到提高疗效的目的。Objective To summarize the nursing experience of elderly patients with frac- ture. Methods One hundred and ninety-seven elderly patients with fracture were implemented with the targeted overall care at hospitalized, before operation and after operation. Results One hundred and ninety-two patients had achieved good results and smoothly discharged after hospitalization care. Conclusions Strengthening clinical holistic nursing care based on the characteristics of elderly patients with fractures could mobilize their dynamic roles in overcoming the diseases and enhance the treatment effect.
