＂陌生人＂城市社会背景下的枢纽型组织发展

摘　　要：城市化背景下的"陌生人社会"是一种群体异质性强、公共诉求分化、亟待重塑价值体系和行为规范的社会形态。这种新型的城市社会对社会服务和管理提出了全新的要求。本文通过对枢纽型组织理论及实践的探讨,在政府与社会关系重构的框架下提出在"陌生人"城市社会中构建枢纽型组织,搭建社会组织互利合作、资源流通平台,形成政府与社会之间的纽带,推进社会协同治理,推动新型城市社会中的社会管理创新。The ＂strangers＇ society＂ in urbanization is a social formation, which is lack of trust to establish the legal authority or to reshape the value system. By theoretical discussion of structuring the hub--type organization under the strangers＇ urban society, and using the practice of China Communist Youth League of Guangzhou as an example, we propose that a hub--type organization can form a network through setting up a platform for mutually benet-ieial cooperation and resources circulation, reconstruct a public space and emotional identity through the organization node, and pro- mote the innovation of social management in new urban society on the basis of hub--type organization development. rds urbanization, strangerg urban society, hub-- type organization, social management innovation
