摘　　要：如何为公众交付有效且高效的公众服务是每个政府面临的战略挑战。国外的公共服务渠道策略研究在公共服务渠道方式、模式、渠道选择行为和渠道管理策略等方面的研究卓有成效。本文对国外公共服务渠道策略的研究进展及其所涉及的研究内容作出评述,以期国内学界对这一主题予以更多的关注。A strategic challenge facing each government is how to deliver effective and efficient public services. There have been great achievements in public service channel strategy in foreign countries, which are related to channel type, channel mode, channel behavior, and channel management strategy. In China,the relative research is in the first stage. The re- search progress and contents of public service channel strategy in foreign countries is reviewed in order to make Chi- nese scholars pay more attention to this subject.
