摘　　要：目的:探讨中医辨证论治肺癌的方法。方法:根据肺癌病因病机、证型特点,确定中医治疗肺癌的思路。结果:肺癌辨证多为气阴两虚证,临床辨治肺癌时应注重益气、养阴,兼顾痰瘀,将辨证与辨病、辨期相结合,并强调顾护胃气,合理使用有毒药物。结论:这一辨治方法有利于提高肺癌,特别是晚期肺癌患者的治疗效果,改善其生活质量。Objective： To investigate the way of TCM zheng differentiation-treatment for lung cancer.Methods： According to lung cancer pathogenesis and syndrome characteristics,confirm the treatment for lung cancer.Results： Qi and Yin Deficiency Syndrome are common in lung cancer patients.There are four aspects requiring attention in the differential treatment.The first was focus on benifiting Qi and Yin,removing phlegm and blood stasis.The second was combination of differentiation with disease,distinguish the disease and period.The third was stressing stomach care.The last one was rational use of toxic drugs.Conclusion： This treatment will improve the treatment effect and life quality of lung cancer,especially in later period.
