复方斑蝥胶囊联合紫杉醇治疗子宫颈癌临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨复方斑蝥胶囊联合紫杉醇治疗子宫颈癌的临床效果和对患者生存质量的影响。方法:随机抽取90例初次治疗的子宫颈癌患者,分为复方斑蝥胶囊联合紫杉醇组、紫杉醇组、异环磷酰胺组。分别给予复方斑蝥胶囊联合紫杉醇,紫杉醇,异环磷酰胺进行治疗,比较各组的疗效,并比较生存质量和不良反应差异。结果:本研究结果显示,复方斑蝥胶囊联合紫杉醇联用治疗子宫颈癌,有效率较单用紫杉醇组及单用异环磷酰胺组明显提高,达到66.67%,与异环磷酰胺组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且紫杉醇联用复方斑蝥胶囊组可有效改善患者生存质量。结论:紫杉醇联用复方斑蝥胶囊对子宫颈癌有良好效果。Objective： To observe curative effect of Paclitaxel combined with Compound Banmao Capsule in treating cervical cancer and the effect of life quality.Methods： Randomly selected 90 cases of patients with cervical cancer of initial treatment and divided into 3 groups.They were partly treated with Paclitaxel and compound BanMao capsule;Paclitaxel and Ifosfamide.Compared the differences in efficacy,life quality and side effects between them.Results Paclitaxel combined with compound BanMao capsule can effectively improve the course of the patients＇ tumors and the efficient was better than single-use group（P 0.05）.And Paclitaxel and compound BanMao capsule can effectively improve the life quality of patients.Conclusion： Paclitaxel combined with compound BanMao capsule in treating cervical cancer has a positive effect.
