肿痛消洗剂联合微波理疗治疗肛门病术后疼痛及水肿症状的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨肿痛消洗剂联合微波物理治疗对肛门病术后疼痛及水肿的临床疗效。方法:将患者随机分为两组,治疗组按肿痛消洗剂熏洗联合微波物理治疗;对照组用1∶5 000高锰酸钾液熏洗治疗。比较两组肛门病术后创面疼痛及水肿改善情况。结果:治疗组在缓解疼痛及消除水肿方面均优于对照组具有较好疗效(P<0.05)。结论:肛门病术后疼痛及水肿采用肿痛消洗剂联合微波治疗临床疗效满意。Objective： To study the clinical curative effect of Sore lotion combined with microwave therapy to improve the postoperative pain and edema of anal disease.Methods： Patients were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group was given Sore lotion combined with microwave therapy.The control group was treated with 1： 5000 of Potassium Permanganate fumigation.Compare the improvement of postoperative pain and edema of anal disease.Results： The improvement of postoperative pain and edema of treatment group was better than that of control group.Conclusion： Sore lotion combined with microwave therapy for postoperative pain and edema of anal disease has satisfied clinical curative effect.
