降糖中药活性部位及降糖特点分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨中药活性部位在治疗糖尿病中的降糖特点。方法:查阅近几年发表的文献,整理筛选出在治疗糖尿病有较好疗效的中药及其活性部位。结果:中医药在治疗糖尿病时具有多靶点、多途径等特点,但也存在一些问题,如服用剂量大,所含成分复杂等,因此有进一步完善的必要。结论:随着中药活性部位研究的深入,将为以后进一步筛选糖尿病治疗药物和开发新药提供思路。Objective： To explore the distinguishing feature of active site of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of diabetes.Methods： Consulting the published literature in recent years,filtering traditional Chinese medicine and its active site which has the better curative effect in the treatment of diabetes mellitus.Results： Traditional Chinese medicine has the characteristics of multiple targets and multiple ways,but there are also some problems such as the large doses,complex contains components,etc.So it is necessary to further improve.Conclusion： With the research of the active site of Chinese medicine,it will provide thread for further screening of drug treatment of diabetes mellitus and the development of new drugs.
