摘　　要：目的:总结细胞色素P450酶系(CYP450)在"十八反"配伍机制研究中的应用。方法:搜集CYP450在"十八反"配伍机制研究中的相关文献,归纳、分析其应用规律,并从CYP450概述、运用与前景展望等方面加以阐述。结果:中药对CYP450的作用客观存在,可为探讨"十八反"的作用机理及可能产生的药物相互作用提供实验依据。结论:基于CYP450药物相互作用及其调控机制的研究越来越受到重视,诸多实验与理论皆以此为依据来阐明"十八反"的配伍机制。Objective： To summarize the application of CYP450 in the study of the compatibility mechanism of eighteen incompatible medicaments.Methods： The author collected the relevant literatures of CYP450 in the study of the compatibility mechanism of eighteen incompatible medicaments,induced and analyzed its application principles which were expounded from the summarization,application and prospect of CYP450,etc.Results： Chinese medicine was objective to the effects of CYP450,and provided experimental foundation for discussing the function mechanism of eighteen incompatible medicaments and their potential interaction.Conclusion： The interaction of medicaments and their regulatory mechanism based on CYP450 have been so highly valued that they have been selected to support the compatibility mechanism of eighteen incompatible medicaments by numerous experiments and theories.
