胃炎Ⅰ号、Ⅱ号颗粒治疗慢性浅表性胃炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察胃炎Ⅰ号、Ⅱ号颗粒治疗慢性浅表性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:将240例慢性浅表性胃炎患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组各120例。对照组口服施维舒胶囊,每日3次,每次1粒;同时加服中药免煎颗粒剂模拟剂,每日1剂,分2次服。治疗组肝胃不和证采用胃炎Ⅰ号颗粒剂,脾胃湿热证采用胃炎Ⅱ号颗粒剂,每日1剂,分2次服;同时加服施维舒模拟胶囊。结果:①临床疗效:对照组有效率为85.00%;治疗组有效率为93.33%,两组有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②中医症候疗效:对照组有效率为81.67%;治疗组有效率为95.83%。两组有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。③生存质量评价:对照组优秀率为35.83%;治疗组优秀率为53.33%。两组优秀率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:胃炎Ⅰ号、Ⅱ号颗粒治疗慢性浅表性胃炎肝胃不和证、脾胃湿热证疗效满意。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of gastritisⅠandⅡgranules in the treatment of chronic superficial gastritis.Methods： 240 cases with chronic superficial gastritis were divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table method,120 cases in each group.The control group was given oral Selbex Capsules,3 times a day,1 grain each time combined with exempt fry drug granules,1 agent daily,points 2 times.The treatment group was given gastritisⅠgranules for liver stomach disharmony and gastritisⅡgranules for splenogastric hygropyrexia,1 agent daily,points 2 times.At the same time plus Selbex Capsules.The total course of treatment was 8 weeks.Make follow-up after treatment 4 weeks and withdrawal after 4 weeks.Results： ① The clinical curative effect was 85.00% in control group and 93.33% in treatment group.Compared the efficient of two groups,the difference had statistical significance（P 0.05）.②The TCM symptoms curative effect rate was 81.67% in control group and 95.83% in treatment group.Compared the efficient of the two groups,the difference had statistical significance（P 0.05）.③ Survival quality evaluation： the superiority rate was 35.83% in control group and 53.33% in treatment group.Compared the superiority rate of two groups,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion： GastritisⅠandⅡgranules in the treatment of liver stomach disharmony and splenogastric hygropyrexia of chronic superficial gastritis have satisfied curative effect.
