心得宁口服液治疗慢性心力衰竭临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察心得宁口服液治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法:将90例患者按照随机数字表法分为心得宁口服液组、芪苈强心胶囊组和常规西医治疗组,每组各30例。3组均给予常规西医治疗,心得宁组、芪苈强心胶囊组分别在常规西医治疗基础上加用心得宁口服液、芪苈强心胶囊。治疗12周后评价3组治疗前后心功能分级、心脏LVEF值、6分钟步行距离、血清NT-proBNP水平变化。结果:心得宁口服液组有效率为93.33%,高于常规西医治疗组和芪苈强心胶囊组(P<0.05),治疗前后3组在心脏LVEF值、6分钟步行距离、血清NT-proBNP水平比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:心得宁口服液联合常规西医治疗可有效改善慢性心衰患者的心功能,提高生活质量,改善预后。Objective： To observe the therapeutic effects of Cordialina oral liquid in the treatment of chronic cardiac failure.Methods： 90 patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into three groups： Cordialina oral liquid group,Qiliqiangxin capsule group and conventional western medicine group.All patients were treated with conventional western medicine,meanwhile Cordialina oral liquid、 Qiliqiangxin capsule was added in Xindening oral liquid group,Qiliqiangxin capsule group respectively.The therapeutic course was 12 weeks,then the cardiac function and the index pre-and post-treatment,such as LVEF value,6-minute walking distance（6-MWD）,NTproBNP were observed.Results： The total effective rate in the Cordialina group was 93.33%,which was higher than that of Qiliqiangxin capsule group and conventional western medicine group（P 0.05）,there were significant improvements in LVEF value,6-minute walking distance（6-MWD）,NT-proBNP in Xindening oral liquid group（P 0.05）.Conclusion： Cordialina oral liquid with conventional western medicine could effectively improve cardiac function in patients with chronic heart failure.
