开窍法治疗中风

摘　　要：目的:探讨中医开窍法在防治中风中的作用和地位。方法:通过查阅主要中医经典及历代医家对中风病的认识,结合临床实践,探讨治疗中风的常用方法。结果:醒脑开窍法、通腑开窍法、补肾开窍法、通络开窍法、发汗开窍法等为中医治疗中风的常用方法,为中医药防治中风提供新思维和新方法。结论:开窍法是防治中风的重要手段之一,在中风的防治中,开窍法不能仅限于醒脑开窍,应当在辨证的基础上使用不同的开窍法。Objective： To explore the effect and status of resuscitation in the prevention and treatment of stroke.Methods： Discuss the role and status of brain awake resuscitation,relieving organs resuscitation,reinforcing kidney resuscitation,dredging collaterals resuscitation and sweating resuscitation through consulting the main classic understanding of stroke by doctors of traditional Chinese medicine in combination with clinical practice.Results and Conclusion： Resuscitation is one of the important means for prevention and treatment of stroke.It should use different resuscitation on the basis of syndrome differentiation.
