退黄熏洗方治疗新生儿病理性黄疸疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察退黄熏洗方治疗新生儿病理性黄疸的临床疗效。方法:将72例患儿按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组各36例,对照组给予清肝利胆口服液及肠道益生菌口服治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上配合退黄方熏洗治疗。分析两组治疗效果差异。结果:治疗组有效率为94.4%,对照组有效率为86.1%,两组有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后经皮测胆红素水平显著低于对照组,治疗组黄疸消退时间短于对照组,两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:退黄熏洗方治疗新生儿黄疸疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of yellow back fumigation treatment for the newborn pathological jaundice.Methods： 72 cases were divided into treatment group and control group according to random number table method,36 cases in each group.The control group was given Qinggan Lidan oral liquid and oral treatment of intestinal probiotics.The treatment group was given yellow back fumigation treatment based on the control group.Analyze the effect of two groups.Results： The effective rate was 94.4% in treatment group and 86.1% in control group.Compared the efficient of two groups,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）.The bilirubin level of treatment group was significantly lower than that of control group through percutaneous measuring.The jaundice regression time of treatment group was shorter than that of control group.Compared the two groups,the difference had statistical significance（P 0.01）.Conclusion： Yellow back fumigation treatment for the newborn pathological jaundice has obvious therapeutic effect.
