双草清脉颗粒治疗急性期血栓性浅静脉炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察双草清脉颗粒治疗急性期血栓性浅静脉炎的临床效果。方法:将160例患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,每组各80例。对照组口服脉络舒通颗粒治疗,试验组口服双草清脉颗粒治疗,比较两组患者治疗后疗效。结果:试验组有效率为92.50%,对照组有效率为87.50%,两组有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:双草清脉颗粒治疗急性期血栓性浅静脉炎的临床效果满意。Objective： To study the Clinical effects of Shuangcao Qingmai granules in the treatment of acute phase of superficial thrombophlebitis.Methods： 106 cases were randomly divided into control group oral and experimental group,80 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Mailuo Shutong granules and the experimental group was treated with Shuangcao Qingmai granules.Compared the efficacy after the treatment,the difference had statistical significance.Results： The effective rate was 92.50% in experimental group and 87.50% in control group.Compared the effect of two groups,the difference had statistical significance（P 0.005）.Conclusions： The clinical effect of Shuangcao Qingmai granules in the treatment of acute phase of superficial thrombophlebitis is satisfied.
