利咽丸治疗慢性咽喉炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察利咽丸治疗慢性咽喉炎的临床疗效。方法:将201例患者按照随机数字表法分为观察组120例和对照组81例。对照组口服金果饮,每次15 mL,每日3次。观察组口服利咽丸(方药组成:金银花15 g,当归10 g,浙贝母10 g,北沙参10g,麦冬10 g,玄参6 g,白僵蚕10 g,牡蛎20 g,郁金9 g,青皮6 g,莪术10 g,甘草6 g)治疗。结果:对照组有效率为85.19%,观察组有效率为94.01%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:利咽丸治疗慢性咽喉炎疗效显著。Objective： Observe the clinical effects of Liyan pills in the treatment of chronic pharyngolaryngitis.Methods： 201 patients were divided into the observation group（n = 120） cases and control group（n = 81） according to random number table method.The control group was given oral Jinguo drink,15 ml each time,3 times a day.The observation group was given oral Liyan pills（prescription： Jinyinhua 15 g,Danggui 10 g,Zhebeimu 10 g,Beishashen 10 g,Maidong 10 g,Xuanshen 6 g,Jiangcan10 g,Muli 20 g,Yujin 9 g,Qingpi 6 g,Eshu 10 g,Gancao 6 g）.Results： The effective rate was 85.19% in control group and 94.01% in observation group.Compared the efficient of two groups,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion： Liyan pills in the treatment of chronic pharyngolaryngitis has remarkable curative effect.
