中药内服外敷治疗椎动脉型颈椎病临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察中药内服外敷治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:将236例椎动脉型颈椎病患者按照随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各118例。对照组采用芦丁针300 mg,三磷酸腺苷40 mg,辅酶A 100 u,维生素B6 200 mg,维生素C 200 mg加入5%葡萄糖500 mL(血糖高者,使用生理盐水500 mL)中静脉滴注,每日1次,氟桂利嗪胶囊,每晚10 mg,口服;治疗组采用活血通脉汤,每日1剂,水煎服。同时采用舒筋活血膏外敷。结果:对照组有效率为77.97%;治疗组有效率为89.83%。两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药内服外敷治疗椎动脉型颈椎病有满意的疗效。Objective： Observe the clinical curative effect of internal and external treatment of Chinese medicine on vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis.Methods： 236 cases with vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.The control group was given Rutin needle 300 mg,Triphosadenine 40 mg,coenzyme A 100 u,vitamin B6 200mg,vitamin C2.0 with 500 mL 5% glucose（physiological saline for hyperglycosemia）,intravenous drip,Funarizine Capsules,10 mg oral every night.The treatment group was treated with Huoxue Tongmai soup,1 agent daily,water decoction.Take Shujin Huoxue paste at the same time.Both the two groups had 2 weeks as a period of treatment and observe the curative effect after 2 courses of treatment.Results： 38 cases were cured,29 cases had marked effect,25 in effective,26 ineffective.The effective rate was 77.97% in the control group.56 cases were cured,32 cases were markedly effective,18 cases in effective,12 cases ineffective.The effective rate was 89.83% in treatment group.Compared the two groups,the difference was statistically significant（chi-square = 6.148,P = 6.148）.Conclusion： The internal and external treatment of Chinese medicine on vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis has satisfactory curative effect.
