中西医结合治疗神经根型颈椎病临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨中西医结合治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:选择河南省中医院风湿骨病科68例神经根型颈椎病患者,采用牵引疗法、电针疗法、注射神经妥乐平注射液、中药内服治疗进行临床观察,判定疗效。结果:痊愈38例,有效12例,好转6例,无效12例,有效率为82.35%。结论:中西医结合治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效确切。Objective： To explore the clinical curative effect of Sixty-eight cases combined traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods： Select 68 cases with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy and use traction therapy,acupuncture therapy,Neurotropin and traditional Chinese medicine.Observe the clinical effect and judge the curative effect.Results： Fully recovered： 38 cases,effective： 12 cases,better： 6 cases,ineffective： 12 cases,the total effective rate： 82.35 ﹪.Conclusion： Combined traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy has remarkable curative effect.
